Mike Ricciardelli is a Director of Client Operations for AG Salesworks. He joined the company in 2009 as a Business Development Representative for various AG clients. He was promoted to Manager of Client Operations in 2011, and again promoted in 2013 to his current role as Director of Client Operations.
Mike’s daily responsibilities include inside sales team oversight, reporting, training, ongoing contact list development and refinement, and managing daily client engagement from a high level. He also manages new client on-boarding for his clients, ensuring projects are designed to meet customer expectations.
Mike was born and raised in Walpole Massachusetts, and recently just bought a home in West Roxbury. In his spare time, Mike focuses on DIY projects at the house, attending live concerts and painting new pieces of art.
Fun Fact: Mike Ricciardelli has sold multiple oil paintings on the side.
