Laney Pilpel is a Director of Client Operations at AG Salesworks. She began her professional career with the company in 2006 as a Business Development Representative. In 2010, she left AG Salesworks to take a position as an Account Manager, but returned to the company nine months later as a Manager of Client Operations. She was promoted to her current role as a Director of Client Operations in July 2011.
Laney’s daily responsibilities include inside sales team oversight, reporting, training, ongoing contact list development and refinement, and managing daily client engagements. She is also a prolific blogger and contributes regular posts to the AG Salesworks web site and the online business social network Focus.com. Laney also plays a leading role in online AG Salesworks videos.
A lifelong New Englander, Laney grew up in Connecticut and currently lives in Salem, Mass. She graduated from Bryant University in Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. When she’s not at work, Laney enjoys cooking, traveling and skiing.
