Matt Fitts is the Director of Business Development at AG Salesworks. He joined the company in 2003 as a Business Development Representative, and in 2005 he was promoted to Director of Client Operations. In 2013, he was promoted to Director of Business Development. In this role, he is able to tailor his operations experience to sales. Matt’s daily responsibilities include seeking out new business opportunities, maintaining and increasing existing business, strategic marketing and operations planning, and working with partners to maximize satisfaction.
Prior to joining AG Salesworks, Matt lived on the west coast and worked as a Stock Runner on the options floor of the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange in San Francisco. He also worked as a Product Merchandiser for Wine Warehouse in Richmond, Calif. where he was promoted to the position of Sales Manager overseeing a territory of chain grocery store accounts located throughout northern California.
Today, Matt lives in Boston and when he’s not at work, he enjoys spending quality time with his kids, golfing, skiing and rollerblading.
